The staff were helpful when they did respond but this and the time scale made me deduct one star. However and more importantly the sofa arrived and it is superb. Really great quality and comfortable. There was a little damage to one of the cushion covers that must have happened during packing and transport, however they have already ordered a replacement cover. I really would recommend the company overall and am already thinking of replacing all the sofa’s in my living room with daia ones as the quality really is great.
